A Considered Home for Your Horse
Our monthly livery gives your horse a well-run home with a dedicated groom, daily feed and hay, and full access to our facilities, including the all-weather arena, walker machine, and swimming pool at the new stable.
Two packages are available: Open Barn and AC Barn. Each is a transparent monthly price with the box, feed, and hay itemised, so you always know what is included and what is charged separately.

- Not included: horseshoes, supplements, medicine, vet bills, wood shavings (Open Barn), training/race preparation, and breaking in young horses.
Common Questions
A horse box with rubber floor (AC Barn), feed and hay, a dedicated groom, arena access, walker machine use, swimming pool use at the new stable, and basic treatment by stable staff.
Horseshoes, supplements, medicine, vet bills, wood shavings (for the Open Barn), training and race preparation, and breaking in young or green horses are not included.
Open Barn is AED 2,200 per month (AED 1,600 box, AED 300 feed, AED 300 hay). AC Barn is AED 3,200 per month (AED 2,300 box, AED 300 feed, AED 300 hay, AED 300 shavings/straw).
Yes. The arena is available during stable hours, daily from 5:00 AM. In summer (May to October), arena classes run as late as 9:30 PM.
Owners are responsible for veterinary and farrier costs. In an emergency, we may call a vet, with the cost billed to the owner.
Either party may end livery services with 30 days' written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months.
