1. Introduction

Welcome to JSR Equestrian Club ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking or service.

2. Bookings & Reservations

2.1 Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from JSR Equestrian Club. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

2.2 Payment

Payment can be made online via our secure payment gateway or in cash at the venue. Online payments must be completed at the time of booking. Cash payments must be settled before the session begins.

2.3 Pricing

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of booking is the price you will pay. Group session prices are per person unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Customer Cancellations

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund or session rescheduling
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or credit toward future booking
• Less than 24 hours notice: No refund
• No-show: No refund

3.2 JSR Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any session due to weather conditions, horse welfare, insufficient participants, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

3.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Rider Requirements

4.1 Age Requirements

• Riders under 18 must have parental/guardian consent
• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or authorized adult
• Minimum age for certain programs may apply - check program details

4.2 Weight Limit

Maximum rider weight is 87 kg for the safety and welfare of our horses. Riders exceeding this limit may be refused service without refund.

4.3 Health & Safety

Riders must disclose any medical conditions, disabilities, or injuries that may affect their ability to ride safely. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe participation poses a safety risk.

4.4 Appropriate Attire

Riders must wear appropriate footwear (closed-toe shoes with a small heel) and comfortable clothing. Riding helmets are mandatory and will be provided.

5. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment

Horseback riding is an inherently risky activity. By participating in any of our programs or services, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Please review our comprehensive Liability Waiver for full details.

5.1 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that horseback riding involves risks including but not limited to: falling, being kicked or bitten by horses, equipment failure, and unpredictable animal behavior.

5.2 Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, JSR Equestrian Club, its owners, employees, instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during participation in our activities, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5.3 Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain personal accident and medical insurance. JSR Equestrian Club does not provide insurance coverage for participants.

6. Conduct & Behavior

6.1 Expected Conduct

All participants must treat horses, staff, instructors, and other guests with respect. Abusive, disruptive, or dangerous behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

6.2 Alcohol & Substances

Participants under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will be refused service without refund. Riding while impaired is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban from our facilities.

6.3 Instructor Authority

Participants must follow all instructions from JSR Equestrian Club staff and instructors. Failure to comply may result in termination of the session without refund.

7. Photography & Media

JSR Equestrian Club may take photographs or videos during sessions for marketing and promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform staff before your session.

8. Livery & Boarding Services

8.1 Monthly Packages

Livery packages are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the 1st of each month. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

8.2 Horse Health

Owners are responsible for all veterinary and farrier costs. JSR Equestrian Club reserves the right to call a veterinarian in emergency situations, with costs billed to the owner.

8.3 Termination Notice

Either party may terminate livery services with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

9. Privacy & Personal Data

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of JSR Equestrian Club and protected by UAE and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Force Majeure

JSR Equestrian Club is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, government restrictions, or other acts of God.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
